Used in very good vintage condition. 1980's Erte' Art Deco 'Top Hats' Silk Scarf Romain de Tirtoff, Artist. 34" x 34". Made In Italy. 100% Silk. It was difficult to take pictures of the entire scarf. Please see pictures enlarged to see the splendid detail of this gorgeous item. Purchased at an estate sale where the original owner had it framed and displayed as art.
